Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by WhiteHouse Media Productions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided

WhiteHouse Media Productions offers media production services including but not limited to video production, photography, editing, content strategy, post-production, animation, and related creative services.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All projects must be booked in advance.

  • A [percentage, e.g., 50%] non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final assets.

  • Payments can be made via [methods accepted, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal].

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials, access, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays.

  • You must ensure that any content provided to us does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

 

4. Revisions and Approvals

  • 1 round of revisions are included in your package unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate or a flat fee.

  • Final approval of work must be given in writing (email suffices) before delivery or publishing.

 

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • WhiteHouse Media Productions retains the copyright to all original media content created unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for agreed-upon purposes.

  • We reserve the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless a signed NDA prohibits it.

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Projects canceled by the client after booking will forfeit the deposit.

  • Rescheduling must be done at least [e.g., 7] days in advance and is subject to availability.

  • Weather-related or emergency rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

 

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information disclosed to us will be handled with care and will not be shared with third parties without written permission, unless legally required.

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project at any time if the client violates these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
