Cancellation Policy
To officially reserve WhiteHouse Media Productions for your wedding date, the following steps are required: 1. Deposit & Contract A 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract is required to secure your booking. Dates are not considered booked until both the deposit and contract have been received. 2. Final Payment The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final edited photo gallery or USB. No final files will be released until the balance is paid in full. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling In the event of cancellation, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If the event must be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. A new contract may be required. 4. Payment Methods We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, Zelle, or PayPal. Payment instructions will be provided along with your invoice. By securing your booking with WhiteHouse Media Productions, you agree to the terms outlined above.
